Overall customer rating 5 () 2 Reviews

    • Product :
For a relatively expensive tour, the coach was certainly not First Class. Seat drinks holders were not available the seats were not paticularly comfortable and hooks for bags were generally broken. The driver seemed uninterested in the problems with the coach. His coment was "well the coach is old"

    • Service Rating :
The service was adequate but it is rather more expensive than other tours

    • Response :
We would like to thank you for your feedback.

It is always difficult when discussing prices and comparing to other tours. Many other operators do not include most meals, or offer the same number of nights in certain cities or perhaps they stay in different cities but follow the same itineraries. One other factor to keep in mind is the quality of location and of the hotel(s). You can rest assured that we offer a very competitive price when all parts are factored in. We appreciate your comments and will use them to assess our costing.

Please note that we use the top of the line coaches in the USA. Coach standards and the facilities on the coaches, as well as legalities of how they are built, can vary from country to country and US coaches can be different than those in Europe for example. Our coaches are serviced regularly and upgraded where necessary. Your comments however have been passed onto our Product team for their review.

Thank you for taking the time to write on Feefo and we look forward to you travelling with us again in the future. We are confident you will enjoy all aspects of another holiday with us.

      Kind Regards
      Shasheen Norton-Laver
