Product :
The tour was very well organised and planned, however I must express the fact that our tour guide Wayne Bender was, i am sorry there is no other way to put, absolutely useless !. I had more information about where we were going having simply researched on the internet and read three guide books. Whenever anybody asked him a question he if he didnt know the answer he simply fudged over the matter. We would be driving along and have periods of silence extending to as much as an hour. Our driver was on his first tour for Trafalgar and to be honest half the time he didnt know where he was going and most of the time Wayne Bender wasnt much help. In actual fact we got lost on several occasions. So to sum an excellent tour was spoilt by the two of them the only consolation was that everybody on the tour made fun of their abject incompetence and had a good laugh. -
Service Rating :
Milestones was excellent the people from Trafalgar were useless -
