My one criticism would be that although the itinerary was excellent, on occasions we arrived at some stops either too early or too late to get the most out of the location eg at the Bay of Fundy we arrived when the tide was already well in which meant that the Pepper Pots were well on their way to being submerged. -
Service Rating :
The tour taken had an excellent itinerary and the hotels were generally of a good standard - indeed a number were excellent having good amenities and excellent locations. -

Tour guide Jaime [hope I have spelt her name correctly] was excellent very knowledgable. and interesting with a good sense of humour she was a delight The only problem we had which Jaime sorted out was a problem with taxi transfer from Boston aIrport we asked the taxi marshal for the taxi firm we had been instructed to and he put us in the wrong taxi. It would have been nice at the end of a busy tour to have stayed in Bar Harbour for a few days to relax this I think is necessary after such a busy tour .The lodge we stayed was excellent would have liked to stay in more lodges. -
Service Rating :
very good standard of hotels -
