Product :
My only criticism of this tour was that there was far too little time in New York. We did not arrive in New York until late afternoon, leaving the next morning and on the final day we only had half a day free before being collected for our return flight.
The Tour Director Diego Campuzano and driver Oscar were both superb. -
Service Rating :
The mix of different nationalities makes for an interesting holiday -
Response :
We would like thank you for leaving your feedback about your recent tour.
Having experienced our tours, most of our customers find new friends for life, often staying in touch from year to year, choosing to arrange their next tour together and looking forward to meeting another new group of friends.
We do offer the flexibility of optional extra night stays, so it was possible that you could have stayed in New York for an extra night at the end of your tour, this would have allowed more time for site seeing this fabulous city.
Thank you for your positive comments and high grade for our service and your Tour Director and driver, these have been passed onto our Product team.
Kind Regards

Product :
The tour was very good and hardly any thing to comment on that wasn't good but the transfer from and to the airport were probably the worst we have ever had. Especially the return journey when the driver over loaded the bus and threatened not to take our vouchers, said he wouldn't drop us at the terminal if we didn't promise to pay in cash. To be honest we didn't know if he would take us to the terminal or back to NY. Our tour leader and driver were excellent -
Service Rating :
Sophie was great and nothing seemed too much trouble for her -

We do hope that the transfers did not mark any good memories of your holiday and that you will be travelling with Milestones again in the future.

Product :
the downside of travelling with Milestones is that you are not met at the airport on arriving and have to find your own way about. Further, on finishing the tour at the last hotel, you are completely on your own after the tour manager has left and are responsible for organizing your transport to the airport for going home. Not what we are used to on a supposed good quality hoilday. -
Service Rating :
The service provided by the tour manager was fairly good but at the end of the tour he couldnt get away fast enough and were left to our own devices. -
Response :
Firstly may we thank you for leaving us your feedback.
As per your itinerary your Tour Director departs the tour on day 14, as you return to New York. This leaves Day 15 as a day of Leisure in New York before you fly home. Our apologies that you felt he could not get away fast enough. I am sure that this was not the case, however, your comments have been taken on board and will be forwarded to our Product Team.
Travel Vouchers would have been included with your Travel Documents with details of your Super shuttle to JFK with details on who to call to organise this.
Unfortunately it is not always possible to organise a meet and greet at the airport as we have people coming in from all over the world at different times and destinations to meet up with the Tour Director, where it is feasible to do this we can and do.
Thank you for taking the time to write on Feefo and we look forward to welcoming you on a Milestones holiday soon.
Kind Regards
