Overall customer rating 2.5 () 2 Reviews

    • Product :
All went extremely well. My only criticism (as on previous Trafalgar/Insight coaches) is the amount of tipping which is asked for. We feel like mean Brits when we don't act like Americans on this, but all local guides & tour directors should be paid a professional fee, and customers should not be asked to make up for insufficient salaries. Passing the hat round for the driver should be the only extra. If this costs the companies more, then the price should be included in the brochure cost. Milestones customers should know exactly what a tour is going to cost them, and pay just that.

    • Service Rating :
Fine, as always from Milestones staff. The only thing which annoys us is the constant requests for tips - see below.

    • Response :
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments on Feefo. We are pleased to see that you rated us so highly, for both service and the product itself. We really appreciate all feedback that we get from clients, as it helps us to maintain and improve our high standards.

We do realise that many of our brands around the world have made the decision to include gratuities within the holiday cost. However this does increase the overall tour price and we at Milestones want that to be at our client´s discretion. It is customary in Europe and other parts of the world to tip for a service provided and that is why in our literature to assist our clients, we advise of the `recommended´ amounts should you feel that you want to recognise good, quality service.

Milestones would like to thank you for booking with us again, as we can see that you are a frequent traveller with us. We look forward to seeing you on another Tour very soon.

      Kind regards,

      Debbie Pullum
