Product :
the only good bit was the steward on the rockie mountaineer itself . The group was far too big and the tour director was more concerned in her commission from selling additional tours/activities than the actual group . It often took longer to get off and on the coach than to see the site we had stopped at -
Service Rating :
the interaction was minimal and sometimes the information was open to interpretation so I had to seek clarification rather than being given comprehensive clear info from the company -
Response :
Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you found our service not up to our normal high standard. We do take pride in offering a high level of service and I am sorry you did not feel this was the case on this occasion. I have passed your comments to our Sales and Operations Manager to look into. We also always aim to improve where we can and your comments have been taken on board.
With reference to a large group, our Premium Class tours offer smaller group sizes so maybe these may be of interest.
