Product :
We have written a detailed letter to Milestones commending them on their UK operation but expressing quite a few reservations about the tour itself. We have had an acknowledgement of our letter but are very disappointed not to have received any kind of response to the points raised after three weeks. This is not in our view the right way to deal with complaints. -
Service Rating :
We found the UK based operation very satisfactory, particularly the car pick-up and delivery at each end of the holiday. They need now to deal with the issue of not responding to our concerns about the tour itself - see comment below. -
Response :
Thank you for your feedback. We send an acknowledgement letter out to let clients know we have received their letter and let them know that we will reply to the comments as soon as we can. We are in the process of investigating your feedback about the tour and will reply in full to you directly as soon as possible.

Product :
This tour was average rather than poor - too much wasted time in areas other than National Parks, poorly located hotel in Cheyenne and tour guide's information was often inaccurate. The National Parks were amazing but overall the tour was disappointing. -
Service Rating :
Helpful staff, detailed itinerary and information. -
Response :
Firstly I am pleased you found the service at our office positive. I am sorry you found the tour as a whole average. We always welcome constructive criticism and pass these onto our product development team.
We have many new options of 2012 and different types of touring styles. I hope we can be of service in the future.
